Hi, I’m Flávio, a Portuguese personal trainer based in Switzerland who enjoys helping people feel stronger, move better and gain confidence through training.
Sports have been a big part of my life from a young age, especially football, and that naturally led me into the world of coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked with many different clients, each with their own goals, challenges and personalities — and that’s exactly what I love about this job.
My approach is simple: clear structure, smart programming and training that fits your real life. No confusion, no unrealistic rules, no “you must suffer to get results”. Just consistent progress, good communication and sessions where you feel supported, challenged and understood.
